My friend Christine McKim and I share our experiences from a ceremony we had at a very special waterfall near her house. Christine has a strong connection with Gaia and noticed that these falls have a chakra system. In this ceremony, we focused on bringing healing energy to the solar plexus of the falls as well as our own solar plexus. So many messages came through and we thought it would be fun to share.
